ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for ambitious, bilingual professionals who understand the Latin American market and want to help local businesses dominate their industries online.

As a LATAM Growth Specialist, you'll be the bridge between DoneSearch's world-class SEO services and businesses across Latin America. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships, and help companies achieve their growth goals.

This isn't just a sales role - you're helping businesses transform their online presence and compete on a global scale. You'll work with restaurants, law firms, medical practices, e-commerce brands, and more.

💼 We protect your territory: We only work with ONE business per niche per city, so you're helping create true market leaders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Identify and engage with potential clients across Latin America

Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in Spanish

Build and maintain relationships with clients in your region

Work closely with our SEO team to ensure client success

Provide market insights and feedback to improve our services

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Represent DoneSearch at virtual events and webinars

Help localize our marketing materials for LATAM markets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Native or fluent Spanish speaker (Portuguese is a plus)

2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success

Strong understanding of Latin American markets and business culture

Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English

Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets

Experience with CRM systems and sales tools

Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO is a plus
